My goals are to help others realize and succeed at theirs. Overcoming many of my personal roadblocks and setbacks in life has given me a unique perspective on body and mind cultivation and healing. As a personal trainer, my background knowledge on the human body comes from research of anatomy and exercise physiology. My experience as a 200hr registered yoga instructor supplements my knowledge on the human body with a thorough examination and practice of integrative health concepts. With this extensive background, I have the tools to help find a unique solution for my unique clients. From traditional approaches to holistic practices, my clients receive the information they need to reach the goals they set.
